- Travel beyond our primary service area (50km from Waterloo)

- Last-minute bookings (less than 48 hours notice)

Booking Process
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date:

- Step 4: Pay 50% deposit to secure your date

Payment methods accepted: e-transfer, cash, or cheque. Remaining balance is due on the day of service.

- 30+ days: Full refund of deposit
- 14-29 days: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable
- Weather cancellations: Full rescheduling or refund
